CB’s Heating and Cooling was founded in Santa Fe, New Mexico by Chris Bourger; founder & owner. The very first customer was a broker who owned 120 different rental properties throughout Santa Fe and Rio Rancho area. We received a call pertaining to a search for a company who could serve her rental units. CB’s was offered a wonderful opportunity to begin building a strong connection by working with the broker. She continues to use us to this day and we have a long-standing relationship as we are needed at least once a week for plumbing and heating & cooling needs.
Our headquarters are currently located in Santa Fe and we serve a radius that is vastly outside of the city limits. CB’s strives to offer you the best quality products and services to appease your heating & cooling
